  2. Please gather at the designated location before the starting gun on the day of the event.
  3. The starting point is on an open road, and participants must start on time.

  1. After completing the event, participants must collect their certificate at the designated service tent on the Shihmen Grand Lawn, during the specified time. Please be sure to collect it on-site, as there will be no mailing of uncollected certificates. In the event of strong winds, heavy rain, power outages, system crashes, or network disconnections, the event certificates can be downloaded and printed from the Lohas Online Registration website for one week after the event.
Emergency medical planning

Safety maintenance and an emergency response plan are the most important aspects of the event. A comprehensive safety plan can quickly resolve issues and minimize harm.

  • Each participant on-site is covered by Public Accident Insurance.
  • Professional medical units will be stationed on-site.
  • An emergency medical contact network will be established—coordinating with local medical units to provide the fastest emergency rescue.
  • The main medical team will be assisted by a professional medical group, providing personal safety for all participants along the event route and at the main venue.
Rain contingency plan planning
  • In the event of a typhoon or natural disaster, information regarding the event's postponement or cancellation will be announced on the official event website.
  • If the weather forecast a week before the event indicates a high probability of rain on the event day, the number of tents at the event venue will be increased as needed.
  1. Individuals who have not registered are not permitted to enter the race course during the event, to avoid affecting the rights of the participants.
  2. The event route is on a regular open road, where vehicles of all sizes will still be driving. Please be mindful of your own safety. Important intersections will have directional signs or event volunteers assisting with guidance. The event is held with the prerequisite of not disrupting the normal lives of residents. If you encounter traffic control at an intersection, please wait patiently. Do not yell at staff or attempt to force your way through. If you cannot agree to this condition, please do not participate.
  3. Please assess your own physical condition before participating in the event. In addition to demonstrating spirit, overcoming difficulties, and pushing your personal limits to reach your goal, please get adequate sleep the night before and eat a meal two hours before the event starts. Do not start on an empty stomach to avoid a lack of stamina midway, which in severe cases could lead to dangerous incidents like sudden fainting due to low blood sugar.
  4. Race referees or doctors (medical staff) have the right to stop a participant from continuing the event based on their physical condition, and the participant may not object.
  5. Participants must take their own health into consideration, as safety comes first. If you feel unwell, please stop the activity immediately and do not push yourself. Seek assistance from the nearest event volunteer.
  6. Individuals with a history of heart, vascular, or diabetes-related illnesses should not participate.
  7. Participants join voluntarily and are willing to bear the risk of accidents that may occur during the event. Should any injury, death, or other form of loss occur during the event, it will be handled in accordance with the public accident insurance policy purchased for this event. All details are subject to the insurance contract of the underwriting company, and the host organization is not liable for such incidents.
  8. Please bring your ID and National Health Insurance Card.
  1. This event will proceed as scheduled in the rain. In the event of a sea or land typhoon warning or other devastating natural disaster, the organizing committee reserves the right to announce the cancellation, postponement, or adjustment of the event route, for the safety of all participants.
  2. Participants must agree that the organizing committee has the right to publicly announce or broadcast event videos, photos (facial images), and results (including the participant's name, affiliated organization, etc.) worldwide. This content may be displayed, published on websites and in publications, or used for related event promotional activities.
  3. After crossing the finish line, participants should not linger and occupy the course, as this may affect the safety of other participants entering the finish area. If you wish to take photos, please move to the side after crossing the finish line.
  4. Once participants or athletes have logged into the registration system and completed payment, they are considered to have agreed to all the regulations of this event.
  5. These event regulations and related information will be continuously updated and announced on the Lohas Online Registration website. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, the organizing committee may supplement or revise these regulations at any time without further notice.
  1. Please ensure that all fields on the registration form are filled out accurately and completely. Participants shall be responsible for any loss of insurance coverage due to errors or omissions.
  2. The organizing committee will purchase public accident insurance for every participant and staff member. All details are subject to the insurance contract of the underwriting company.
  3. Participants should assess their own physical condition on the day of the event and proceed with caution. Please ensure you get adequate sleep the night before the event and eat a meal two hours before the start. While the committee will provide necessary emergency medical aid on-site, public accident insurance only covers injuries sustained from accidents, and does not cover illnesses caused by pre-existing conditions.
  4. Notes on Claims:
    • You must provide a Western medical certificate for a consultation on the day of the event.
    • Claims must be submitted within 10 calendar days after the event day; applications submitted after this period will be considered forfeited.
  5. In the event that the insured person or their employee causes bodily injury or property damage to a third party due to an accident at an event held at the location specified in this insurance contract, and is legally liable for compensation, our company shall be responsible for compensating the insured person, upon a claim for such compensation.
    Specific Exclusions
    • Sports injuries caused by personal illnesses.
    • Symptoms caused by personal physical constitution or cardiovascular conditions, such as shock, heart disease, diabetes, heat exhaustion, heat stroke, altitude sickness, epilepsy, dehydration, etc., or illnesses caused by pre-existing conditions, are not covered by the insurance, and public accident insurance only covers injuries sustained from external accidents.
    • If participants have a history of the illnesses mentioned in the second item, it is strongly recommended that they carefully consider their personal safety and purchase their own personal accident insurance.
      • If you have a history of the following conditions or diseases, you are at high risk for sudden death, please seek a professional medical opinion, and do not force yourself to participate.
